TMA is located at 111 W College Ave in Downtown Appleton. For large-group drop-offs, please use the loading zone in front of the TMA building on College Avenue for easy drop-off and pick-up.
Group Tour Terms
- Must book with minimum 3 weeks’ notice.
- Group Tours will only be booked on weekdays during museum hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 10-4, Thursday and Friday 10-7.
- Group Tours are for a minimum of 8 guests with a maximum of 40. Docent Lead Group Tours of more than 20 guests may be split into several groups.
- 2 chaperones are free. Any additional chaperones will be charged the Group Tour rate. TMA recommends about 1 chaperone per 10 students.
- No Docent Lead Group Tours will be held on Free Admission Days (first Thursday of each month).
- NOTE: We welcome groups on Free Admission Days! Please email info@troutmuseum.org to notify us of your intended visit and number of guests.
- Group tours with classes are only provided to K-12 and College groups.
- Group Tours do NOT include food, drinks, or room rentals.
- Upon approval there is a non-refundable $25 reservation fee. This will be deducted from your total Group Tour price upon arrival or paid in advance via phone at (920)733-4089 ext. 2.
- Cancellation Policy: Please call (920)733-4089 ext. 2 to cancel or reschedule your group tour.
