Have you ever considered doing something with a plastic container besides recycling it? How about turning it into art! Join us for 3 Saturdays as we
turn recyclables into an animal of your choosing. The first week you will decide what materials to use and assemble your animal. In the following weeks, you will plaster wrap your animal and finally paint it. Turn junk into a masterpiece!

Anne Corsmeier graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a BS in Elementary Education. She has taught elementary-age students in the Fox Valley area for many years. She incorporates art into all areas of the curriculum using many different mediums. She uses art in the curriculum as a way to help children express themselves and enrich their learning experiences
