Experience ekphrastic poetry—poems inspired by works of art. Poets will share their written responses to the art displayed in the galleries, offering a deeper connection between visual and written expression. Take part in the conversation, share your thoughts, and even try your hand at crafting your own poem in response to the artwork around you.

Throughout the exhibition A Creative Place, you’ll find poetry paired with art—created by poets who carefully studied a piece and responded with imagery and emotion.
