Twelve artists from across North America delve into the concept of “looking.” In art, “looking” is essential, engaging both the artist and viewer in deep observation and interpretation. It encourages the discovery of meaning and emotion while challenging us to see the world from new perspectives.
The twelve featured artists are being revealed monthly throughout 2024 as part of the Trout Museum of Art’s Finders Keepers community art hunt. This immersive project invites participants to decode weekly clues released on social media, leading them to “look” across the Greater Fox Cities for a chance to win an original artwork by a featured artist. To join the hunt’s remaining months, visit TroutMuseumArt.org/finderskeepers.
Experience the culmination of this captivating project through the lens of “looking.” You’ll not only gain insights into the artists’ creative processes, but also discover the Finders Keepers community winners and the clues they deciphered each month.
